Case Study 2

Lawton Hall, Church Lawton Cheshire.

Refurbishment and redevelopment of a derelict country estate, which had as its centre-piece the grade II listed, Lawton Hall.

The pictures illustrate the state of disrepair of the original building prior to renovation. As part of our service we made site visits, undertook survey work of the building and profiles of stone feature components to enable production of our detailed working drawings. In addition to the refurbishment a substantial amount of ‘new build’ was erected in the grounds.

LCS designed and supplied stone features for the new build that were sympathetic to Lawton Hall.
