Case Study 3 : Crowne Plaza Liverpool

Situated adjacent to the world famous Liver Building, this project entailed LCS producing a specific mix design to ensure that units were not only sympathetic to the Liver Building but also to the surrounding structures.

LCS worked closely with both the architect and engineer in the design of the cast stone components for the main building. This included column cladding, ‘u’ shaped suspended soffit panels, window heads and cills and a continuous cill band to the fourth floor.

LCS also undertook survey work at the clients request to the existing dockside boundary wall enabling the production of copings and pier caps to the new perimeter boundaries.
